I believe this growth and transformation is possible based on my experience, training, and self-healing journey. I believe in people’s inherent ability to heal and be vital, creative, and vibrant. 

My approach is tailored to your specific situation and needs. I mostly use Internal Family Systems (IFS), an evidence-based, humanistic, compassionate, strengths-based model. I also draw upon my knowledge of and experience working with other therapeutic models, such as Emotion Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) and psychodynamic therapy.
